ExamGlide helps you prepare for competitive exams with mock tests, analytics, and study tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
ExamGlide (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the ExamGlide mobile application and website at examglide.com. Contact: support@examglide.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data Phone number and/or email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Learning data Test attempts, scores, analytics, leaderboard activity, and study plan logs.
- Device data Device type, OS, app version, IP address, and push notification tokens (if enabled).
- Purchase data Order IDs, entitlements, and transaction status. We do not store full card or UPI details.
3. How we use information
We use your data to provide and improve ExamGlide: authenticate you, deliver tests and results, process purchases, send optional notifications, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your personal information for third-party marketing.

5. Third-party services
We use Supabase (backend/auth), Google/Firebase (security and notifications), Google Play (Android purchases), Razorpay (web payments), and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (abuse prevention). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
6. Sharing and retention
We share limited data with service providers, on leaderboards (display name and score only), when required by law, or during a business transfer with notice where required. We retain data while your account is active. You may delete your account from Profile settings; we then remove personal data from active systems, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your choices
Update profile in the app, disable notifications in device settings, or delete your account after identity verification. Email support@examglide.com for privacy requests.
8. Security, children, and changes
We use encryption and access controls to protect your data. ExamGlide is not directed at children under 13. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
